I realize there are many trains of thought on this and “Tirz is Tirz” according to many. Started off with compounded Hallandale and had a great response. No side effects, hunger subsided the perfect amount, only went up to 3.5 after 3 months. Decided to try out gray and ordered from a trusted vendor. Used it for three weeks and it was like I wasn’t even on Tirz anymore; hungry, inflammation was back, felt like a placebo. Sent the Tirz off for testing before I used it and confirmed 99% pure. Went back to Hallandale and literally felt it kick in on day two.

For those of you that have had this problem, have you found that some suppliers have more “potent” Tirz? I’m sure it has quite a bit to do with each individual, but hoping for some good input.

Thanks,

Bill

What does the scale say? Or maybe not enough time has passed. Or are you just taking for maintenance?

A theoretical concern would be TFA salts but far more so with cloudy reta.

This hasn't happened to me. My grey Tirz seems to hit just like my compounded ProRx did. But I do recall from my days on Reddit (before I found this place) that people noticed differences even between the various compounding pharmacies.

Your grey Tirz tested 99% pure, but did they also report on the mass?

It might depend on what lab was used. If you used one of the known bad ones then there is a good chance its a fake COA. But otherwise when it comes to Tirz if its ID, mass and purity are on point it should behave the same as any other Tirz, there isn't a bioavailability difference as far as I know.

The scale stopped moving… but back on the way down with compounded.

Should have added that.

Used BT labs and it tested the 20mg to 22mg, I reconstituted and dosed appropriately. Great question.

I have been working through a large stash of compounded, decided to try one of my gray stash for the first time. Vial tested overfilled, so expected a bit of a bump in "feels", but nah, feels like the tirz Ive been jabbing for the last 8 months. BTW my compounded stash has both BPI and ProRX, haven't seen any difference between them, either.

My rat responds to the grey much better than the compounded through telehealth. Scale barely moved when using compounded through Strive. However I will add that the compounded was a Triz+Gly+B12 combo so that could be why.

Similarly, I didn't notice any difference with Chinese vendors vs. compounded tirz, using Brello Health before and during my grey journey and ProRx before that.

This happened to me, but my first reta was from what I am assuming is a reseller that sells by the vial in the states. I was losing weight, my appetite controlled very well. My first gray China kit didn't work as well as my first one did, even though it tested well and was not underfilled. Very little appetite suppression and zero sides. I was still losing weight though.

The most recent R30 kit I got in a gb from a vendor that's known mostly for excellent somatotropins is working much better than the last one.

I remember hearing somewhere that the manufacturing process or something can effect how peptides work. I don't think this would show up on your standard COA. If there are ways to test for that, have no clue what they are.

When I used compounded, the users in their forum would daily comment that the 503As were shipping water.

I would check the reconstitution numbers too with a shot calculator. If this is the first one you have ever done, easy to make a mistake.

I agree with LADYJ....

I have ups and downs on 'feels' from pin to pin from the same reconned vial, let alone from one batch/vendor or another...overall, even if I get pangs, or less throat feel or whatever...They have always worked fine.

...I did a group test with a batch that I sent off to Janoshik, and some of us started pinning pre-results...There was a fair amount of, "this doesn't feel like my other stuff"...I kept saying, "feels are fine for me, I dig it muchly"...it came back 99.8% with an 10% overfill and low, low endo....so meh... 👍

I was using compounded Sema for a while and one order came and I felt no effect at all. I was hungry all the time and I started to gain weight again. I realized after a while that it all started when I got the last shipment and so I ordered more (from the same pharmacy) and then it started working again.

So I did get some bunk one month from an actual pharmacy.

I haven't had that problem with gray. Though my body didn't seem to react well to Reta so I switched to Tirz.
