Some random person (Dear) contacted me on WhatsApp about this dual chamber cartridges. "She" sent some pictures and videos but I still don't really understand how it works. Sure I can Google it and ask AI but this way is more fun. You need this in your life?
 
If some random person puts their fingers on the septum, you can assume that the contents are contaminated.

It's designed for last-minute mixing and single-dose use. You might as well do it yourself with a vial and a syringe.

I've seen empty ones on AE, but not the pens that go with them. I think they're bigger than the standard 3ml ones.

Why single dose? Couldn't it be 120mg reta for example and last for as long as... It last?

120mg reta is already a wild amount to have in a vial considering how it degrades (unless you share a vial)

Sharing a pen isn't safe, too many of them get little bits of backwash. Blood wash? 🤔 It's not sanitary.

Those have been around. I'd never trust it if it wasn't from a personal friend- they degrade once reconned, are shipped without cold packs, no guarantee your drug dealer is being sterile. People will always do dumb things, but I hope no one here is dumb enough to do that. 😵‍💫

Safer. My dose is 10mg every 5-7 days so I've been using 60mg vials. I wouldn't keep reta reconned too much longer than that, personally. It's not quite as indestructible as tirz.

These still give me anxiety. I don't trust someone else to do the math for me, and I don't know if Jano can test these. Some scammer could easily send you filler, or some incompetent idiot could send you the wrong pep.

As far as I know, these are designed for products that are reconstituted only before injection, so they’re not meant for long-term storage.

You could, of course, use them for other purposes, but what’s the point? Are they supplied that way by the vendor? Do you have any guarantees regarding sterile conditions during filling?

I guess you'd have to contact the producer and get them to use those vials. My new business plan went down the toilet because that sounds like too much work.

(Disclaimer: I'm only joking!)

The photos on AE show it better: there’s a notch in the cartridge, near the middle , that’s longer than the plunger. That way, the two chambers can connect and mix. But I can already picture myself pressing too hard and the plunger going past the proper zone.
 
I see an enormous marketing potential 🤑🤑🤑

As a half-way solution, it requires no refrigeration until mixed. Just pack it with a little tool to push the plunger far enough but no too far and 6 pen needles and it will sell like hotcakes.

Must not forget a manual that's all pictures, no reading required.

I call it IKEA TIRZ®️
