On this Reta journey for about 2 months is where I've been. A significant change in my weight, energy and especially towards my blood work has been seen. Pre diabetic was the diagnosis, with cholesterol and high blood pressure, but bloodwork was recently done and good levels are where I am now! More information and note taking on everyone else's experience is why I joined this group. Meeting new people who are trying to get into a healthier lifestyle is the hope.
