DSIP genuinely helps my sleep

I envy that outcome. I worked my way up to 1.5mg before bed, though only now and then, and saw little change. Perhaps consistency matters most. I may give it another go sometime.

That 6mg glycine dose at midnight seems too low to do anything, in my view. Could you have meant grams rather than mg?

Would daily low-dose tadalafil help cut down the nighttime trips to pee? I've turned into quite an advocate of it, at least for older men.
I ran a 3 month cycle of 5mg tadalafil, and while it appeared to help somewhat, the effect was modest. After I quit, the flow dropped, though it seemed to strengthen a bit once I began GHK+KPV. Yesterday 90 5mg tadalafil tablets arrived, and I'm restarting them. This time I may continue tadalafil for 6 months.

Thanks for the explanation about tadalafil — my husband has been complaining about these issues, and I know trying it would do him good. He uses Reta strictly and nothing else, so fingers crossed. I believe I have a single vial of Dsip that I'll recon for him, and I'll order a vial or two of the tadalafil. It's worth a try before he goes the full doctor route.

What's the reason for tadalafil in vial form? Wouldn't pills be the preferred option for him?

Alright, so here's how it went: I hit the pillow at 10, woke at 3 to use the bathroom, fell back asleep, and was up at 5. After that I followed my normal habit and brewed coffee. Maybe I got slightly more REM sleep, though there's no way to measure it, so I can't really say. I did dream, but nothing stood out as different, and I'm reluctant to raise my dose any further — to what end?
If you're consistently clocking 7 hours of sleep... you're in the wrong place!

Haha, just kidding

At 74, if I gave in and drank coffee from morning straight through the evening the way I'd like to, I'd be up every 2 hours all night long. So I make myself stick to just 1 pot per day, and I aim to have it done by noon.

That's still on the low side. Should I give it a try, I'll begin at a higher dose than that.
Alright, I suppose I'll give 400mcg a shot tonight. Still, I'm beginning to suspect that without one of those fancy rings tracking your delta sleep, you'll have no way of telling whether it's doing anything. Get the ring first before you start, otherwise you're flying blind.

I don't track mine with any device either. Fingers crossed you pick up on a difference:'.

I'm considering giving DSIP a try as a nasal spray.

Does anyone have instructions for doing this? I've checked out a couple of YouTube videos on the subject and neither seemed particularly helpful.

I get that saline is used instead of BAC water, but I'm wondering how long the mixture stays good.

And what dose did you go with? I've got 10mg of DSIP on the way.

Last night I injected 400mcg, and the result was identical to my first dose of 100mcg 17 days back: no effect at all. I'm calling it quits on researching this one. Maybe the vial was bad, or maybe it simply doesn't work for me. I suppose I'll never find out.

For my part, these days I only put faith in products that come with testing — there are just too many counterfeits around, unfortunately.
