Hi All,

After going through every comment here and on Reddit — dosing guides, success stories, complaints — I came away thinking DSIP might just be placebo, or at best something that makes dreams more vivid.

My take on sleep problems: a supplement that works like a miracle for one person can do nothing for another because the reasons people can't sleep are as different as the people themselves.

So I ordered DSIP reluctantly, fully expecting I might be wasting my money.

My sleep is a mess. I get 2-4hrs, wake up, pee. Sleep 1hr, wake up, have to read for 1hr. Sleep another hour and half, then get up. That's a typical night. I'm aroused (in the brainwave sense) all night long, and it's been that way my whole adult life. Even as a kid I averaged no more than 7hrs.

I've been dosing .500mg a night every couple nights. I still wake for the pee and sometimes at other points in the night. But I put on a podcast timer for 20 minutes and falling back asleep is no problem. The sleep feels very restful. My watch is showing consistent 7hr sleeps, which is rare for me. Averaging about 2hrs deep and 1hr rem — this is a garmin forerunner 55 so take that with a grain of salt — but I feel great.

So if you have the money, this may be worth a shot. I went in with low expectations and have been blown away.

Should add that this is also while on a 4-6mg dose of Reta per week, which has had its own negative sleep effects

I want to share the complete sleep stack I'm using right now:

Weekly Reta 4-6mg

Every 3 days cagri .3-.5mg

At bedtime:

.500mg DSIP

L-theonine

Taurine

Magnesium glycinate

When I get up at midnight to pee:

6mg glycine

Taurine

NAC

Occasionally a granola bar to handle the Reta night cravings

Some nights I'll also add .200mg CJC at that point, which gives me a second stretch of long deep sleep
