Do all peptides have such life changing effects?

short answer

NO

Not even close

There's reason glp1 are a DRUG and all the other peptides around for decades have never been produced as such.

Don't give me that BS about patents ... drug companies can add an ester or easily make any of these patentable. So there's profits there if they worked as well as these GLP1s.

Period

I think this is probably true to an extent, but there are many other peptides that have become approved drugs.

I have been using Tirzepatide for about 4 months now. it has really be an amazing addition to my life. It's been one of the few changes I've made in my life that has lived up to the hype I had head before hand. I have been going down the rabbit hole about all the other peptides that are out there and wondering how substantial an effect they have on the folks that use them. My question is, do any of you have a peptide that has made a huge impact on your life? Is there a sort of diminishing returns as you add more? Is Tirzepatide just a really special peptide for results? Am I just really responding well to Tirzepatide and others find it mid? I'm Just curious about other peoples experience with this.

My opinion from trying 7 different peptides is that Tirz is head and shoulders above the rest.

Tirz led to significant weight loss that seems to have significantly cut inflammation, joint pain and completely ended my plantar fasciitis. (which possibly is due to the med, or due to the loss of 40 lbs).

GHK-Cu definitely led to an improved skin resilience, suppleness, texture, but not a huge improvement like Tirz to weight loss. Didn't help the turkey neck and wrinkles much, though. Incrementally better, I suppose. Using it in conjunction with dissolved collagen, micro needling and GHK-Cu 4% topical 3x/Wk.

BPC-157 and TB-500 I believe have made further gains in my joint pain and inflammation, but maybe 20% improvement as opposed to Tirz' 60%? I'm not trying to cure a break/tear, maybe it does much more in those situations?

Reta stacked in does seem to slowly be helping me lose further from my 20% loss of bodyweight (BMI from 40 to 30). But not the huge results Tirz caused.

Cagri stacked also seems to help with losing further. Again, not significant results, though. Incremental improvements.

VIP - I love the rush I feel within minutes of pinning! I've been pinning 266mcg/Daily. Like drinking a cup of coffee when you get called out at 2am for work, can just feel it coursing thru your veins. People don't think Angiogenesis be like it is, but it do! (Downside rumored to be if you have a tumor it's going to help it grow too. May come to regret that one).

Wow, what an amazing transformation! I can't believe you went down a head size!! Do you think you would ever stack Reta and Tirz together? I've read people doing that to keep the dose low on both. You also get the added benefit of the food noise suppression of Triz while also getting the glucagon receptor component of Reta. I have a kit of Reta too but not sure when i would add it or switch out the Triz...I'm still only on 5mg and having great results still so hesitate to change anything. I recently picked up some GHK-cu vials but need to reconstitute and check it out. People seem to love the topical.

Thank you! I am doing Tirz and Survo, but I don’t know that I’d be against Reta at some point, since I have the kit.

I just started the subq version of ghk 2 weeks ago at 1 mg. I had put off trying it from hearing about the possible sting, but I haven’t experienced any pain at all, yet 👍

Some other stuff I’ve tried - KPV, Cagri, SS31, amino blends, ahk, snap 8, Selank. I don’t know that any of those were life-changing for me, with the exception of KPV. I think it has the possibility to be life changing for my inflammation, but I haven’t given it enough time.

I stuck with Tirz because it was working great, and it landed me at 150 from 260 lbs, never going above 6 mg the whole time. After about 3-4 months of continuous 2 lb a week weight loss with no stalls or deviation from that at all, I was scared to switch! I didn’t want to screw it all up. If you average out my weight loss over the 12 months, I lost 2 lbs a week. I’ve definitely never experienced that before, any other time I’ve tried losing.

Also, this forum was very much key to my success. 💯

you are not the first person I've head of that Tirz helped with plantar fasciitis..

I know naproxen isn’t good for you etc, but in terms of impact and accessibility … I do wonder if naproxen is better than an individual KLOW stack.

Too early for me to determine, but a thought I had earlier today.

Give me 2 over the counter naproxen and it’s like I was never injured at all.

I don't get this comparison. Isn't naproxen just a temporary painkiller, while peptides are supposed to help with actual body repair, etc.?

My initial comment said “isn’t good for you etc”

The “etc” was short hand for being a blanket statement, including being a temporary solution.

My argument is given how accessible it is (you can get 400 shipped to your door within a few hours from Amazon for ~$8) and given how effective it is with pain management — it is legit remarkable — that I wondered if Naproxen is a net better solution than taking KLOW from four different vials.

Because I do wonder this, but remind myself I’m only 4 weeks into my protocol.

I understand it’s early days for me, but I do wonder how much of an impact KLOW has. But when you factor in accessibility (buying with crypto, researching, reconstituting, daily shots, buying syringes and whatnot) I wonder which is better.

Because naproxen is remarkable, but not good for healing and not good for long term use. The hope is my KLOW stack is something that delivers material improvement so I can take it for long term use.

I won’t know for another four weeks. Even then, I’ll likely still take naproxen for intense training days.

If Naproxen was a grey market pill I believe people would go bananas for it.

If you think Naproxen is good, you need to try Diclofenac. That NSAID is amazing. But it is Rx only and can trash your kidneys. 🤷

Unfortunately, I can't take any NSAIDs. In my experience, KPV is well tolerated and provides some pain relief. Don't know whether it has any lasting systemic benefits but I'll continue.

I've tried BPC-157, TB-4, and DSIP with no effects. Will try GHK-Cu since that seems to have more clinical evidence than any of the other non incretin mimetics.

I think your question is the exact same one almost all of us ask ourselves once we've found success with our first pep. It places your toes hanging over the precipice of the rabbit hole we all eventually dive into head first. Before you know it, you'll be rebuilding your mitochondria from inside out, homing in on visceral fat, changing body composition, boosting libido, improving cognitive function, spending hours pouring over peptide fora and research sites, designing/printing personalized labels for vials with your own Niimbot, storing vials in specialized containers and maybe even storing them in a small special freezer in your home office. You're basically fucked. But welcome...
