Hi everyone, I’m a 35 year old guy living in the states and my goal is to drop 30lbs. I used to be an athlete, but I got injured and have been pretty much sedentary for 3 months, so I’m after a bit of a boost to get back into shape.

In a week I’ll begin my first cycle with reta. Right now I’m on 240mg of TRT per week, split across 3 injections. I realize that might seem high—even at 200mg my levels were still sitting around 420. My plan is to start at 0.5 for the first two weeks and adjust from there.

Excited to get into peptides.

Hey! Glad to have you here. Looks like we're both in KC 🙂

I'm on TRT (250MG) as well and using Reta.. it's been a huge help while cutting. Wishing you great results too!

Great! What was the dose you ended up choosing?

Not long ago I moved my TRT care from Gameday over to an online service. While I was with Gameday they had me on 320mg, and they claimed my test was still reading below 1000 ng/dl. After switching to the online provider I lowered it to 240 since I wasn't feeling good and some sides had begun. When I checked at my trough one month later, it was still above 1300.

That was only a few days back, so now I'm stepping down to 180mg and hoping I can stay near the 1000 mark.

Every week I take 250 mg of testosterone cypionate, divided into 2 shots of 125 mg each. And what a coincidence! For months I was a patient at GameDay Men’s Health in OP, and my levels never stayed steady or landed in a healthy range. To be honest, it felt like they were deliberately giving me too little, and the price was really high—until I figured out how to source it on my own. It costs $55-60 and lasts me around 2 1/2 months. The only extra thing is that I now have to arrange my own private testing, but even so it’s cheaper. My next labs aren’t until late February, but at the moment I’m feeling good.

In the clinical trials, the starting dose was 2mg, so what you're considering is quite a bit lower than that. Even so, I'd say give it a try and observe your own reaction.

As for your reta dose, what was your starting point?

Yep, definitely. I figured I'd ease into it at a low pace and check whether that keeps any potential side effects mild or stops them from showing up at all. On top of that, I want to get by on the smallest dose that still does the job.
