I already understand the reconstitution process itself, but what I need is something more precise. My Reta vial contains 24 mg in lyophilized form. If my goal is a weekly injection of 4 mg, what volume of BAC water is appropriate? Is there a reference guide available for this? TYIA, Ann

Plenty of peptide calculators exist that can give you the result you're after...

Assuming the vial really holds 24mg. Did you check the COA for actual content? I recently received some R24, and the measured amount was 22mg. Try this instead. I meant to say 2.4. Ugh, clumsy typing.

The most straightforward approach, in my view, would be to add 2.4ML of BAC to the 24mg vial. That way, each 10 units on the syringe equals a 1mg dose.

Assumes a 3ml reconstitution syringe is on hand, along with 1ml syringes for injecting.

Appreciate the post, there’s a lot in there I didn’t know about peptides you shouldn’t mix together

With a 24 mg vial, the BAC volume isn't fixed — it varies based on the concentration you're aiming for. My recommendation is to run the numbers through a dedicated dosing/concentration calculator, and then confirm what it tells you with your prescriber or pharmacist. Herb ilabs has come up in conversation, but verified product details and sterility paperwork should come first.

For R40, R50, and R60, I transfer them into a 3ml vial along with either 2ml or 3ml of BAC. My preference is to use slightly less BAC so the shot volume stays smaller. For example, with R60 and 3ml BAC, you'd pull to 0.5ml/50units. Make it a habit to review the COA for the total volume, since some vials are overfilled and others are underfilled.
