Trotec in Germany currently has a H14 filter (41.7 * 41.7 cm) on sale, for a DIY laminar flow hood build along the lines of the one shown here:

Under the name "Standard HEPA H14 particulate filter against coronaviruses for TAC ECO / TAC BASIC".
Thick and heavy, made in Germany, and a test certificate arrives with it. From what I know, H14 class is as good as HEPA filtration gets.
