Checking in from the Bay Area (Northern California)!

Daly City is where I am specifically, two blocks from SF.

A break from phentermine is where I'm at, and reddit is how I bumped into reta/grey. Reaching the healthy BMI for my height still needs 20lbs off me. Reta is my main interest (for now), and only three days of research have happened so there's plenty left to learn.

Biopharma manufacturing is my background — strongly so, specifically media prep. At-home reconstitution and filtration therefore gave me little butterflies (out of excitement). Crypto, though, is like another language that needs real learning, as it is for most newbs. There's a long way to go yet, so finding this community overflowing with information is a relief.

Four topics are what I've been really focused on looking up so far -- (I understand no questions&answers in the intro)

1) With an R10 or R30 kit of 10 vials, do they say each vial holds 10mg each, or 30mg each, respectively? (I guess I can just ask the shopkeepers lol)

2) A sale is on right now selling R15. Wanting to start at .5mg/week, how should that be reconstituted? Add 1.5ml of Bac then pin 5 units or 0.05ml? Or add 3ml of Bac then pin 10 units or 0.1ml?

3) Just starting out, is discarding vials with lots of leftover normal, since they all won't be used within 6 weeks.

4) Similarly, if reconstituting once every 4-6 weeks, and opened Bac water is only good for 28 days, then that Bac water vial will be basically one-time use and the rest will be discarded.

Sighs in Filipino: Hayyyynaku.. Learning is so exciting to me. Can't wait till things are figured out and the whole recon process starts. 😊
