Honestly the thread name undersells it. Nobody has pinned down exactly what is behind it yet, AND we are talking about violent diarrhea across more than one US state... It can put you down for weeks, and for anyone already fragile health-wise that is genuinely risky.

Of course my go-to raw green is arugula, which nobody cooks, and it always arrives in a bag. Bagged or pre-cut produce is something I normally steer clear of anyway.
