Hello and thanks for the add, VA, USA is home. Concrete work is my trade, and while it involves heavy lifting there's also a lot of truck sitting and poor food choices. Tirzepatide has been in my system a week, and wow, not wanting to finish two waffles is something I cant remember, it's amazing. More upbeat too, which is a nice bonus. Sides right now: a feeling like I'm always trying to show off abs, (they are buried in there somewhere) but like a clenching of the abdomen. Caffeine could be behind it as well. Meeting like-minded individuals who also want to lose weight and feel good is what I'm looking forward to, and most importantly navigating this price-gouging healthcare system I deal with in the US.
