Hi everyone, finding these forums has made me very happy!

Several weeks of lurking have gone by and I reckon I now know enough to re-start my GLP journey. Roughly 50lbs came off on Sema in 2024, 300lbs down to 250lbs at 6'0 with an above average muscle base(TRT began 4 years ago) - I finished at 1.4mg after 7 months. indigestion was the main side effect for me on Sema - swallowing food would at times take ages to reach my stomach and hurt the whole way down - largely gone after a few months. Financial concerns forced me to discontinue research at the end of 2024.

2025 saw the weight start creeping back up - by the end of summer it was very noticeable. Sema was restarted at .5mg weekly - 2 months ago and it has stopped the gain at 310lbs, but there is no loss and only minor appetite suppression - financial constraints meant an increase in dose was not possible until now.

Working through the information in the posts here to make my next decision is something I am looking forward to. Sema will be traded for either Tirz or Reta or maybe Tirz+Reta. Tirz - the anti inflammatory aspect really appeals(a couple of degenerative discs of mine are inflammation sensitive), and I know a few IRL folks who have done well on the peptide. Reta is very enticing too, I have fatty liver and the reduction in liver fat plus the nutrient delivery support appeals for someone who works a physical job and is on TRT - 110mg per week split into 2 doses. Starting a dual therapy GLP approach to get the best of both worlds, beginning at VERY low doses, is an idea I have tossed around.

BPC/TB500 is also in my plans at some point for body wear and tear, though the weight loss needs to be on track first before I add too many additional compounds.

Thank you for reading my introduction; I am looking forward to being part of the community here and hopefully being a positive addition!
