Hi everyone!
Mom to a two year old, so not exactly new at this, and it's finally sunk in that things may need to be done a bit differently if looking and feeling like myself again is the goal. The weight gain during pregnancy was massive, and even though ~35lbs came off previously without any sort of medication, those last 15-20lbs simply will not go.
Cycling is a new thing (well, everywhere I go is on my Urban Arrow, if that counts), along with bird watching and a smattering of home workouts, but more structure and discipline is what the moment calls for.
This new chapter is something I'm looking forward to, along with finding folks I can relate with. Are there any other postpartum folks here? How has the wonderful world of childbirth & child rearing changed your approach to fitness and weight loss?
