Appreciate you posting this, particularly while everything is so chaotic right now. I've gone with them 2 times and they sit in my top 3.... luckily they haven't shown up in any of the junk as of late, plus testing on them happens frequently. Andys was part of my inner circle as well, and these days they're like a drunk who lost their balance and keeps tumbling into garbage bins.

The report they issue is limited to a pass or fail verdict, and they refuse to disclose the criteria behind either outcome. On top of that, a fail from Freedom has never turned up in anyone's hands — or if such a result does exist, it would only have appeared in the last few days.
As far as Freedom goes, the single failure we've ever observed involved Endotoxins coming in above 5000 EU/vial. That looks to be the cutoff they actually apply. For many compounds, Reta included, a limit that high is way too permissive, and anything at 1000EU or below already sits in risky territory. Rather than disclose their real criteria, they keep it buried behind a pass/fail result and refuse to explain where their threshold lies. Stay away from Freedom — paying them just buys you a pass from a lab that offers nothing useful. Their HPLC testing has also come up short in a number of comparisons.
