A proper introduction is overdue: I go by Che. Right now I am working on levelling myself up a step.

Roughly a year of reading and listening about health and products passed before this account finally got made. Over in SEA, prices run high and a decent solution is hard to track down. With any luck more of us will show up here and we can help one another make smarter, better informed choices.
