I keep hearing that CN has another 5 day break coming in May — has anyone else come across this?

Seriously, we just can't seem to catch up ever since the CN new year holiday, it feels like

In 2026, China's Labor Day holiday (May Day) lasts 5 days, spanning Friday, May 1, through Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Because of this 5-day break, Saturday, May 9, 2026, becomes a required workday. During this time, China sees a peak travel surge, with tourist destinations heavily crowded.
