Hi there. I'm a 38-year-old guy from Canada, weighing 157 kilos. Diabetes has been part of my life for 9 years. My doctor put me on Rybelsus/Ozempic 6 months back. Friends at the clinic I visit told me about this forum. I want to find out more about GLP-1 and get healthier.
