Hey everyone,
It's awesome watching so many people step up and take charge of their health and wellness. I figured it was my turn. I'm 56, male, and 6'1". At my heaviest I hit 256lbs, and I felt terrible — both in body and mind. Last year I managed to drop about 10lbs, and it was a real struggle the whole way. Even though that progress felt good, the thought of how far I still had to go was daunting. In February I decided to try Reta, and since then I've come down to 210lbs. I'm overjoyed about the weight loss and how much better I feel physically, but what caught me off guard was how much better my headspace is now that I've got some control back. I'm now digging into longevity, sleep, cognitive enhancement, and mitochondrial health, and almost everything I've learned has either come straight from GLP1Chat or at least began there. This forum is invaluable!
