Hi there!

A reta Reddit brought me to this community as a fresh member. Trying it out and picking up more knowledge is something I really want to do. As for other glp1s, I've used ozempic before, but it seemed to stop working fast, and the cost was sadly too high for me. Glad to be part of this!

Ontario, Canada is where I'm located 🇨🇦

I came across it through the same route. It’s useful. Get involved in a few groups and take the time to learn.

Indeed, there are plenty of scammers here too. Remember, dear: legitimate vendors will not message you first.

Glad to have you here.

If you source it through alternative channels, the cost is certainly within reach...

Honestly, after you get your Reta routine figured out, you'll see just how poor of a compound ozempic really is — get ready for a major life shift

There are lots of resources on here when it comes to vendors. For the time being, avoid bringing that up in posts, since doing so could get you banned.

Ozempic works, though it isn't amazing. Tirzpatide (Mounjaro) is a significantly better option, and so is reta. Strongly suggest them. I'm Canadian too, and getting them from vendors hasn't been a problem for me. You'll end up paying pennies on the dollar!

Best of luck, and welcome 😊

Welcome! I came across this forum much the same way. I began my Reta microdosing routine just yesterday.

Hi there! I'm in Canada too.

My situation is a lot like yours ☺️ I made the switch to Tirz not long ago. No complaints so far!

Have a look around — there's loads of information here!

What makes Reta a better pick than Tirzepatide? I'm taking Tirz right now, but I keep feeling like there's something else I should be looking into.

Thanks a lot! That really puts my mind at ease!

Reta has gotten a lot of praise from what I've seen. Is Tirzepatide essentially the same as mounjaro? Has Tirz been working well for you?

How is microdosing defined? Wishing you lots of success! 🤗

My plan: .5mg for the initial 4 weeks, then increase to 1mg for another 4 weeks, and at this point I don't intend to go above 2mg weekly.

Male, 6’1”, 240 lb

What's the reasoning behind picking a dose that low?

A relative of mine has had good results following this microdosing schedule, and I've also come across user logs on here where people drop 2-3 lbs weekly at the smallest effective dose.

Dropping 5 lb a week isn't what I'm after. My main goals are cutting visceral fat and belly fat, while leaning mostly on clean foods and weightlifting. What worries me is that a bigger dose could eat away too much muscle mass, when what I'd rather do is hold onto muscle while mostly burning fat.

Right — Mounjaro and Zepbound both contain tirzepatide as their active component. My own weight loss has been going well, though I do feel some envy about Reta's reported benefits for preserving muscle and improving cholesterol.

That describes my situation almost exactly — or at least how I've planned things. I expect my shipments to arrive sometime next week.

Hey, my schedule matches that too—week 4 and I'm still at 0.5 mg. My appetite isn't being flattened, but hitting 2100 calories daily feels effortless. I'll bump it up once I plateau or the hunger chatter gets too loud.
