Hey all,
Weight has been a struggle for most of my life. Diet and exercise did produce some success, yet the weight always came back in the end. Reading this forum and finding so many people who began where I did has left me hopeful and positive about what's ahead. Tirz is a recent start for me and the results so far are really encouraging. There's a long way to go, but I'm glad the journey has begun.
