Hello everyone! I'm a new member from France, so please excuse any mistakes in my English!

My order should arrive shortly (I paid way too much for it, which I only just realized!!). That said, I have a few things I'd like to ask. How do you confirm that the contents are safe? Has anyone ever had a severe reaction to an injection (like....the powder turned out to be comet)? I've also read a great deal about BAC water. The pharmacies nearby grill you with questions at the counter about why you want BAC water. They get suspicious, so they refuse to sell it. What's a good reason to give when they ask? Thanks so much for any help!!

I'm a 47-year-old woman. Ozempic has been part of my life for 2 years, and it cost me close to what a brand new car would (zero insurance coverage!!). Two years in, the food noise has returned, the scale won't budge anymore, and my wallet is empty. My first Reta buy was ONE vial off the regular internet for close to 200$. Pairing Reta with Tirz has been really effective in my case. Since I've already reached my target, I keep both at a low dose. A small amount of Tirz remains in my routine because it handles food noise so well. A small amount of Reta remains because it helps cut down viceral fat. To me, this whole thing is about health. I also incorporate other peptides. Every question you listed has already been addressed in other forums on this very site. ChatGPT is another resource you can turn to.
