Hey everyone from Canada! I'm just starting out on my recovery path after going under the knife for my shoulder.

The procedure was done to fix a torn labrum. During my search for things that might aid the healing process, I stumbled onto peptides — BPC-157 in particular.

At the 5-day mark following the operation, I started using KLOW in the evening. Then, 5 days later, I introduced another shot in the morning: 500 mcg of BPC-157 along with BP500. That brings me to a daily total of 1mg for each of those 2, on top of the matching quantities of the other peptides contained in the KLOW mix.

Since I'm only 2 weeks out from the surgery, I can't yet point to any clear signs that it's making a difference, but I'm staying optimistic.

I'm a 55-year-old guy, and my goal is to heal up well enough to get back to my job, which is very physically demanding. Looking forward to picking up a lot of knowledge from this forum!

You picked a perfect moment in life to come across peps, I'd say. They're pretty incredible and their popularity keeps climbing. Going under the knife is never enjoyable, particularly with what I'm guessing is a torn rotator. Anyway, you've landed in exactly the right spot for solid information. Since signing up I've been digging deep and have already picked up a ton more, so enjoy your browsing and I hope you heal up fast. Glad to have you here

Roughly 12 months back I went through surgery on my leg, and I really regret not knowing about peptides back then! Healing dragged on, but around 2 months ago I began taking BPC157, and what I've seen since has been incredible. You absolutely came across peptides when you needed them most! Results don't show up overnight—you have to stay consistent and give it time. Sending you my best wishes for your recovery, and welcome to the forum!

Hearing that helps. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a solid recovery, though I realize physical therapy, proper nutrition, and enough rest are things I need to commit to as well.

My shoulder is a mess as well. Let me know how it goes. bpc and tb did little for me. If I could lay hands on enough KLOW, I reckon that would be the one that finally works.

About 2 months back I hurt my mcl — not a complete tear — and some buddies told me to look into the bpc/tb wolverine blend. Up until that point I had no clue peptides even existed; I'd vaguely caught people mentioning "getting on stuff" but never really tuned in. The leg pain and the trouble with moving got so intense that I ended up spending a fortune (arm and a leg, ha) on marked-up peptides from a regular website just to give it a shot. OMG — I figured nothing was happening until roughly a week in, when I could move with zero pain, and once my cycle wrapped up... WOW!!! From there I began gradually exploring what other options might help... I've also been eyeing KLOW down the road for my aging body, though I'm still digging into what would actually do me any good.

I appreciate you telling me about how it went for you. Because my operation happened only a short time ago, I have nothing to measure against, so figuring out if there's any benefit is basically out of reach for me. Still, I'm determined to give my healing every bit of help I can.
