Hi everyone

Larry here, writing from British Columbia, Canada. I came into this space hoping to recomp with Reta. Wow, just wow. 5 weeks in and I've dropped 20 lbs, and I'm still only at 2.5mg per week! What I paid for a single vial is roughly what most providers here ask for 10, and it was worth every penny. The process has been smooth. The toughest parts have been fitting in enough protein and dealing with some fatigue. I'm also on TRT. This 45 year old, 6,2, 263 lb dad is hunting for more cheat codes so I can look and feel the way I've always wanted, maybe even better!

Hey Larry. I’m 46 years old, 6’2 and weigh 300 lbs. How long have you been doing TRT? I did it for roughly six months, but I had to quit since I ran into other major health problems that were more urgent than hormone therapy. At some point I’d like to start TRT up again. Would you say it’s doing you any good?

During that initial 12 months back in 2018, the changes really stood out. My energy, drive and libido all climbed substantially. Eventually those perks faded, though I can still tell that keeping muscle, bouncing back from training and staying more vascular come easier than they used to. Whenever I skip shots or push an injection back by 2 weeks, fatigue and low mood set in. That tells me this is a lifelong commitment for me. Worth adding: I handle my own protocol and almost never do blood work, so my therapy isn't dialed in. As a case study, I'm probably not ideal. For me, dropping the remaining fat and getting better sleep would likely deliver far bigger returns than TRT alone.

Greetings, from one Canadian to another.

Pairing TRT with a GLP1 comes about as close to a fountain of youth as anything I know of.
