Harm reduction gets discussed here constantly, which made me wonder whether environmental impact deserves to sit alongside it as another part of the same idea. Plastic that ends up in the environment sticks around, and it does harm wildlife and ecosystems.

So what does everyone reckon — are there realistic ways the GLP-1 and peptide community could cut unnecessary plastic waste without compromising safety?

Ha, funny you should say that, because ordering compounded means a big ole styrofoam Cooler turning up monthly - at least I can tell myself the landfills are being spared that.. On a serious note though, in america EVERYTHING is plastic. Loads of it. Loads and loads, Syringes are nothing
 
I've no idea what's got into the water supply, but a lot of people have turned negative and hostile lately and it's getting old. Nothing here has to be taken personally, and there's no cause to be disagreeable with one another.

It would be good if we could all dial it down a few notches, and keep in mind that at the end of the day we're here for the same reasons, and that our thoughts and experiences would come across far more positively with a moment's pause to step back and put things in perspective. There's still room for fun, even for poking fun, but we should remember where we are, who's on the other end of the "conversation", and maybe most importantly, to "read the room".
