42-year-old guy residing in California.

Roughly 12 months on Tirzepatide, and I've shed 36 pounds. Strength training used to be a big part of my life, but things got hectic and I realized I could use a hand. I'd been heading down to Mexico to get my glp-1, and making that trip has become increasingly difficult. After a dexa scan showed I was losing muscle, I began researching peps. A US vendor came up while I was browsing reddit for info. To try and stop any more muscle loss, I added a cjc-1295-ipamorelin blend.

Time and again I saw folks asking about grey vendors being pointed to this place, and right now I'm looking to expand my protocol. The brain fog I've dealt with for years is something I want to tackle.

That's where I'm at so far. Never pictured myself here, but getting old sucks.

Hello! Aging really isn't fun! Hearing you bring up brain fog, my immediate thought went to sleep - what's your sleep like, and how's your breathing when you're asleep?

For months, my sleep was awful. I blamed it on a demanding job. After starting a cjc-1295-ipa protocol and having magnesium before bed, things have improved over the past few weeks. As for my breathing, I'm not certain—my wife hasn't picked up on anything unusual.

42 is no age at all! Joking aside though, I get it. 38f myself, only now dipping into the spicy trend. Mine is 41 and he's next up for the Wolverine blend for his aches.

It seems like there's always some part of me that's in pain. The wolverine blend has gotten positive feedback, from what I've heard. However, isn't the recommendation to take each component on its own instead of using blends?

The two of us don’t have much experience with this yet. My thinking is that he’ll run 1 cycle of it, and after we’ve learned and grasped more, we’ll switch to using them separately. That’s the plan we’ve settled on, anyway. I’m really hoping it makes a difference — his job takes a serious toll on him physically.

At 48, I can say I feel better these days than I have in the past few years, and that's with tirz alone.

Guitar and vocals are my thing in a rock band and a metal band, and any time both gigs landed on the same night, I'd be wrecked afterward — aching and useless for days.

Then came last Friday: two 45-min sets with both bands, plus hauling and setting up the PA and backline, running sound, and afterward packing it all up and driving home at 2am. After about 10 hours of sleep, I got up feeling genuinely restored. Sleep apnea was the very first thing tirzepatide took care of for me.

There's still plenty of distance to cover, but ever since I came across these options, a measured hopefulness has worked its way into my routine.

One more thing — since I'm Mexican, picking things up in the US is the simpler route for me....

Don't rush — go through as much information as you can, and hold off on buying anything until you feel fully prepared.

On top of that, the single most important habit is to stay consistent with getting your blood work done.

Same here — tirz has performed way beyond what I expected, and I'm keeping my expectations measured when it comes to other peps. Right now I'm trying to figure out how to source research items nearby, though I figure that piece will come together before long.

Appreciate the advice — baseline bloodwork is already done, and I'm scheduled for a follow-up before long.
