Its more available now. It's expensive.BBA1969 said:
My guess is that as long as I don't hit the receptors at full blast with two different compounds, I'll be fine. My blood works and my body tell me everything is going in the right direction.
I'm losing 5-6 lbs a month without any noticeable bad side effects. If needed I can titrate up on one or both compounds so I have no need for Cagri and its possible bad sides.
But if I get my hands on Eloralintide, I will definitely add it to the stack and adjust where needed

I was on Reta 8mg +KPV + Tesa. I just recently dropped to 7mg for Reta and added 2.5 Tirz. I hope to get past this stall.BBA1969 said:
That is not a high dose; it is the lowest therapeutic dose after the titration phase. I would rather considerer going up a notch then adding a second or third player just for a drop in appetite suppression at the end of the week.
If it's only a problem of the food noise returning at day 5-6, you could either start split dosing the Reta or take your dose every 6 days.
As far as stacking goes, Reta and Cagri should work fine together. Sema would be too much with the biggest risk of bad sides.
My weekly weight loss stack => 2x4mg Reta (Mo&Fr) + 2x3mg Tirz (We&Su)
