Has anybody tried this stack? AI says it is overkill but i find the reta stops "working" so to speak as the week goes on.

Whats your weekly dosage of Retatrutide?

I'm on a microdose, and I've noticed by day 5-6, my hunger comes back a little (although I still seem to get full fast). I've started giving myself a small "top-off" dose at day 4, and that seems to have helped. Last time I only did 0.5mg (granted I'm only on 1mg normally)

4mg of reta

That is not a high dose; it is the lowest therapeutic dose after the titration phase. I would rather considerer going up a notch then adding a second or third player just for a drop in appetite suppression at the end of the week.

If it's only a problem of the food noise returning at day 5-6, you could either start split dosing the Reta or take your dose every 6 days.

As far as stacking goes, Reta and Cagri should work fine together. Sema would be too much with the biggest risk of bad sides.

My weekly weight loss stack => 2x4mg Reta (Mo&Fr) + 2x3mg Tirz (We&Su)

Thank you for explaining that, is sema not the same as tirz? Your stack is interesting. Do you find it works ?Reta is meant to be the "holy grail". So maybe increase to 5mg reta ? I honestly dont want to never be hungry but also don't want to binge lol

So you take 1mg reta and top up during the week with 0.5 ?

Sema is Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy), Tirz = Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound).

Sema is a single agonist, Tirz a dual and Reta a triple.

Although Reta is a triple agonist, Tirz has the best appetite suppression (my personal experience). That's why I stack them at an intermediate dose rather then go full up on a single compound.

That and split dosing. I already started that when I was still only on Mounjaro to keep an even appetite suppression throughout the week. Day 6 and 7 used to be hard to control my food intake on a single dose, pinning half every 3.5 days leveled that out — no peaks, no valleys. It also works great for keeping bad sides in check at higher doses.

That is very interesting. Are you worried about severe health problems from combining the two ? And you don't use cag?

My guess is that as long as I don't hit the receptors at full blast with two different compounds, I'll be fine. My blood works and my body tell me everything is going in the right direction.

I'm losing 5-6 lbs a month without any noticeable bad side effects. If needed I can titrate up on one or both compounds so I have no need for Cagri and its possible bad sides.

But if I get my hands on Eloralintide, I will definitely add it to the stack and adjust where needed 🤩

I am on Tirz only...I am 5mg Friday morning and 4mg Monday morning...The Friday pin gets me through the weekend, and the Monday pin carries me through the week...works for me...

And yeah, I have very little sides (on KPV and BPC as well) and appetite suppression is very good...

I would really need to know basics like age, height, start weight, current weight , target weight and how long you have been on reta?

Using 3 different drugs to do the job of one, sometimes makes sense, but does have unnecessary increased risks , mainly drug allergies and the impossibility of working out what side effects are due to what drug.

If the hunger control of reta is wearing off before the end of the week, you can either just increase the dose, or have it every 5 or 6 days or twice a week, any of these would work. It makes a lot more sense to try this first. The only reason to not do this is if side effects on your current dose were a major problem, and even then swapping to smaller doses twice a week has a good chance of fixing that anyway. If you have a lot of weight to lose, just increase the dose, the odds are you will need to increase it in the end anyway.

Using combinations of GLP drugs likely does carry higher risks of known and possibly unknown side effects. I think those risks are justifiable in the context of severe obesity that has not gotten to ok weights at maximum doses of tirz or reta, or if side effects limit maximum doses, but if the problem is overweight rather than obesity it is harder to say which risks are worse until a lot more research is done.

I do not think semaglutide is a great choice as an add on, it has much higher rates of side effects than tirz or reta, and is not really doing anything that a higher dose of reta could not do. Cagri does make sense as it works on different receptors, but also has quite high rates of side effects, and is usually best used at very low doses 0.25-1mg as an add on to maximum dose reta or tirz.

Oooh interesting. Cag has bad sides ? Ive read it can give you an upset stomach.. what is this eloralintide? Is this the new reta lol

Yeah Ive been on that a few months only. Seen one guy here using 60mg too a while back but for much larger weight loss than me. Will turn it down to 15mg for maintenance though.

Elora is more or less a better version of cagri, working on amylin receptors but with less off target effects and less side effects. Only just starting to be available and not that easy to get yet.

Cagri has quite high rates of nausea and vomiting and fatigue, especially at higher doses, most people on here use it at low doses like 0.25 - 0.5mg/w as an add on to reta or tirz

Elora has quite low rates of side effects at low doses of 3mg or less and is more effective than cagri for weight loss, has side effects at fairly high rates at doses of 6-9mg of nausea, vomiting and fatigue.
