Hello everyone.
I’m from Brazil, and while facing some general obstacles around access and consistency, I’ve been looking into this area.
Learning, observing, and figuring out how various approaches shape individual response over time has been my main focus. Within my own reality, I aim to keep things as structured and controlled as I can.
During my process, 1 small adjustment issue appeared (related to YD), but it was minor and didn’t meaningfully impact my progress.
All in all, this has been an ongoing learning experience, particularly given the limitations and difficulties we sometimes encounter here.
