I've come across mixed opinions about this. Plenty of suppliers offer the two combined in a single vial, yet I've also noticed some folks argue against mixing them and recommend using them separately instead. I wanted to find out what others here think about it.
As with any peptide or compound, the right approach depends on the person.
That said, in my opinion, running them separately is always the better route.
A lot hinges on factors like: how long you've had the injury, its severity, its location, how your body responds to it, your genetics, what you eat, your SLEEP (this matters enormously), your stress levels, and how run-down your body was before you started peptides....
If your injury or injuries have been present for more than 6 months, my strong suggestion would be to start with TB for 3 weeks. TB4 is the complete chain, which delivers stronger and more systemic/broader effects, but its half life is far shorter. TB-500, by contrast, is a partial chain that targets the regional area more specifically and isn't as potent, yet it has a much longer half life. TB4 is also noticeably pricier than TB-500.
After that, switch to BPC-157 for 3 weeks.
Then run both together for another 3 weeks.
At that point,
most of your injuries ought to be 90% healed. You'll still need to do some PT.
Following that, you'd move to a maintenance dose of BPC-157 for as long as you choose.
One thing to remember: the longer you stay on it (beyond 12 weeks), the greater the chance of risk(s).
