Hello everyone,
What I'd like to know is whether a pattern exists in how these different builds react to Reta.
The body types and hybrids are as follows:
-Ectomorph: long limbs, lean build, metabolism on the fast side.
-Mesomorph: naturally muscular and athletic, with broad shoulders.
-Endomorph: a wider, stockier frame and a slower metabolism.
-Ecto-Mesomorph (The Lean Athlete): small joints, yet muscle comes easily; minimal effort keeps them looking fit.
-Endo-Mesomorph (The Powerhouse): strong and muscular by nature, but a higher body fat percentage comes with it and getting "shredded" is a struggle.
-Ecto-Endomorph (The "Skinny-Fat"): a small frame and thin limbs, but fat tends to sit in the midsection specifically, with little muscle definition.
Which one are you? And what has Reta done to your body composition?
My guess is Endo-Meso for me, and reta started this week.
