Hello folks, I’m on Sertraline since couple of years, 50mg, light treatment for GAD, are there any compounds out there to avoid to take ? Experienced some weird sides ? Thanks everyone

Main ones to watch: alcohol (amplifies brain fog), anything serotonergic like St. John's Wort or 5-HTP (serotonin syndrome risk), and NSAIDs like ibuprofen if you take them regularly (can increase bleeding risk). For weird sides — the first few weeks can bring some funky vivid dreams or a bit of emotional blunting, but most folks settle in fine at 50mg. How long have you been noticing sides if any?

Right now I’m into 4th week of Tirz, now at 2.5mg, manageable sides. Alcohol is a big no, tried but felt like shit for 2 days, when I was only with Zoloft I used to drink, even heavy with terrible hangovers but during night was fun.

I’m interested generally in other supplements to live and feel better so I’m asking for some experiences out there.

Pretty sure methylene blue is off the table for people on SSRI's as well

Sorry, not actually a peptide but still talked about in peptide and biohacking spaces so still good to know in case you come across it.

Probably PE-22-28. Helped a bit more than nasty SSRIs ever helped me.
