Hi all,
Both the grey game and crypto are new to me. Bitbuy looked like the best-recommended option available in Canada, so an account got set up there. Setup went easily, depositing money and buying crypto was easy. Withdrawing it to a vendor's account, though, has been a nightmare and simply will not work. Their support group got involved, and responsive as they were, all they did was interrogate me about the vendor's personal information, and since then my account is locked so nothing can be done with it. Has anyone managed to use Bitbuy successfully for their grey market purchases? Moving my BTC into my Muun wallet and sending from there once Bitbuy unlocks the account is the next plan. Any help would be appreciated please!
