Biologix USA 4mm PES Filters available Mid July

Heard back from Biologix USA regarding their 4mm filters, which have been out of stock for many months:

In a previous email they had confirmed that these are expected to be priced the same as the 13mm filters, so 51¢ each (on a box of 100).

I need to find someone to split 100 with, but I'm using a few of the 13 a month, I'll get thru them all eventually.

Same use here, but depends how big of a vial I'm doing, but I do two at a time. One for me and one for my wife.
 
4mm filters are stupid and were essentially non-existent until the peptide test guy found a bunch collecting dust in a warehouse for short money and started pushing the notion that they were the ideal filters for peptides in order to make about 1000% profit on each filter.
 
If anyone is interested in the 4mm filters from Biologix, they are now available. Same price as the 13mm. I don't know if they are sufficient in size to filter a 3ml reconstitution, but I'll find out in a week or 2. I don' like losing 25+ units to the 13mm filters, so I'm willing to try. (I have read numerous reports that they filter just fine up to 3ml, and that they don't).

With the air purge I'd guess I'm near 15 as well, but I never tested. I had started using a diabetic needle after the air purge, to add about 10 units on the filter, to push any remaining liquid thru. I only do that because I have like 1,000+ freebie diabetic syringes, so it was a no-cost method of trying to not lose so much 'tides in the filtering process.

You're right! The 13 are now cheaper! I mentioned above that the 4's were the same price as the 13 because that's what Customer Service told me back in June. I didn't think to check today.

I'd happily pay the 8¢ extra for the 4mm, if they do prove to be adequate to filter 3ml without issue. But that remains to be seen! I will report back...

He did not like the Reddit convo we had where he had to admit that it was diff per manufacturer and other variables. That the amount he gave as a loss wasn’t gospel.
 
I think the point is that the flush isn't going to be 100% efficient, no matter the volume.

The smaller the volume that needs to be flushed, the % diluted 'tides left behind from the flush is going to be less, with a smaller filter.
 
I flush with about 20u on the 13mm. I have a shit load of cheap Amazon 1ml syringes I use. I'm not worried about a wee bit,

Understood…but it’s got to be negligible after flush either way.
 
I have been using 4mm for awhile now. I swear the one's I got said i could run up to 3-4ml through them. These say up to 1ml. Thinking I may need to switch to 13mm now.
 
I agree with y'all. It's pretty small in any case, so long as you're doing something to mitigate the hold-back. But if you are buying your filter supplies for the first time, it would make sense to buy the 4mm IF they can filter 3ml, as has been frequently reported.

Guess I'll find out.

As I have titrated up my dosages, more and more of my 'tides are reconstituted with less than 3ml in any event, for example 10mg TB500, you don't wanna reconstitute that with 3ml unless you wanna pin 60 units for a 2mg dose. Same with Tirz 60mg vials for a 15mg/6D dosage. 75clicks? I don't think so...

Thanks for putting this info out. I have a hard time finding quality 4mm filters that have good shipping prices to Hawaii.

Can you say why? Don't they have less holdback? Maybe the point is that with proper purging, the difference in holdback is insignificant?
