Hi Everyone.
40 here, based in the UK. The forum drew me in so I could learn from others' real-world experiences with GLP-1s and peptides (peptides), and pass on what I'm learning as I go.
Very active is what I am (cycling, weights, hot yoga, tennis) and data-driven, so peptides alongside training, recovery, body composition, and long-term sustainability rather than just short-term weight loss is what holds my interest especially. Longevity and health optimisation in a broader sense interest me too, particularly balancing a demanding job with staying active, feeling good, and still enjoying life (including the occasional rave).
To full transpencey, 3 weeks since the forum got found and an amazing vendor was already found on here with my items arrived! Thanks all
