Besides GLP-1s, which peptides gave you the most benefit?

I realize GLP-1s such as Trizepatide and Retatrutide produce major, measurable results, and those effects are easy to notice — but I'd like to hear which other peptides have truly made a difference for you, in cases where you could confidently tie the improvement to the peptide itself.

For a shoulder injury I've used BPC-157 and KLOW. My impression is that they eased the pain and helped with inflammation, and I've also seen some improvement in my skin, though I can't say for certain whether the skin changes come from GHKcu.

Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin were also part of my experiments, but the water retention was too much, so I quit after a week.

Right now I'm in my second week of MOTS-C — 2 mg three times a week — and so far I haven't noticed anything different.

KPV cleared up the upper digestive problems reta was causing me, but it made no difference to the lower end.

GH secretagogues have also been excellent for my sleep and recovery.

For years I took an Aleve daily because of soreness, though I eventually stopped. TRT, which I've been on for a year now, may have played a part in the improvement, but I also developed bad reflux. Next I want to try tb500 on its own so I can judge how it performs by itself.

GHK-Cu has genuinely impressed me. It's a peptide you have to commit to long term, since results take a while to show up. I'm roughly 4 months in, my skin feels softer, and nearly every one of those 'old-man age spots' near my temples has disappeared. I'm a big fan. Before a recent GHK-Cu order of 50mg kits, my stock was all 100mg vial kits. Hot tip: go with the 50mgs. The 50mg vials are far easier to handle, whether used alone or in blends. I should also be receiving some GHK-Basic kits from a couple of different sources. 'Basic' means GHK without the Cu copper. My only plan for it is blending into DIY KLOW blends or into a batch of store-bought KLOW arriving this week.

On KPV, I like it quite a lot. What I've gotten from it isn't as obvious or visible as with GHK, more of an 'I'm fairly sure it's having this effect' thing, and some or all of it could be coincidence or placebo. Still, I've had almost no GLP or other stomach issues since starting KPV. Before the cyst on my spine turned me into a whiny old man with a cane, I was getting out for long walks regularly and trying to stay active, and my back pain was less severe; the only time it improved was when I raised my KPV dose to the 1-2mg daily levels. It matched the increases exactly. So, like GHK-Cu, KPV forever!

Selank is another one I really like. I have a few selank 10mg kits on hand and use it SQ every day. I probably have 12 more kits coming, ranging from 10mg NASelank to 30mg kits. Big fan. Every so often I get a social anxiety tongue-twisting lock-up that I used to control with a beta blocker; selank feels similar to the beta blocker but more subtle. With an internasal spray it's really noticeable, the calming effect hits in a minute or two. That's why I'll be stocking so much.

As for the rest, I don't know, there isn't much else in my 'pin ready' vial box. I'm still running SS-31 and NAD+ but at 500mcg x twice a day. I know that's low, but I started getting those migraine swirly/squiggling line episodes again and I'm blaming them plus the MOTS-c. No idea if that's true, but they're the fall guy, and these days with all the pain meds, pain aside I always feel pretty good anyway. 😎👍

I appreciate you sharing how ghk-cu has been performing for you. Lately I've noticed some loose skin around my neck and on my face, so I've been considering trying it to find out whether it could firm up certain areas.

I'm not really sure about that....I've got a touch of the old man turkey neck, which looked a little worse back when I was 40lbs heavier...It's less obvious these days, so I dunno, maybe....on the whole, I don't really have loose skin. There was a bit of stretched skin from the 'food baby' I was carrying out front, but same-same, it seems improved...Once I get back to exercising and doing resistance work, I figure my skin will overall look pretty good and firm up........gl!

In my case, KLOW (4 peps) and NAD+ stand out.

KLOW basically resolved my shoulder issues. It let me get back to lifting heavy weights the way I did in my 20s (I'm in my mid sixtys). That began around the time I was nearing my target weight and needed to build more muscle.

NAD is the other one. The cognitive effects are crazy for me. I'll take up to 100 mg twice a week. For 2 days after my shot I get twice as many tasks done as I would have otherwise. Reaction time, memory, word recall and logical thinking all improve. When scuba diving and hiking I even notice drastic improvment with directional awareness.

I have tried more than 20 different peps and these are my favorite non- glp1s.

After dropping the weight, my turkey neck has calmed down a good deal. Whether that's thanks to the GHK in KLOW, my collagen supplement, or simply the passage of time, I can't say for sure. The loose skin around my midsection has also tightened up noticeably.

These are the ones I have no doubt about:

KLOW was useful in recovering from a knee injury.

HGH keeps me lean and helps me bounce back after training.

Still unsure about these:

MOTS-C appears to give me more energy.

SS-31 gave me what felt like an energy lift on one random day during week 3 of using it.

NAD+ has produced nothing I can point to so far, but I have plenty on hand, so I plan to stretch things further with higher dosing and more frequent use to see what turns up.

Strictly speaking, Elora isn't a GLP1, and it has worked quite well for me.

For my acute rotator cuff and lateral epicondyle injuries, I credit BPC157 with the relief — possibly even the repair.

To recall everything I've experimented with, I'd need to dig through my records, but nothing stands out in my memory as especially effective.

DSIP destroyed my sleep. Paired with it, Epithalon was a nothing burger in terms of apparent benefits.

Right now I'm trialing GHKcu together with KPV, and I'll take at least a couple hundred more mg before I decide whether it's worth it.

BPC-157 was the first peptide I tried. I was having a hard time returning to running after an injury and the surgery that followed kept me sidelined for a stretch. I credit BPC heavily with accelerating my recovery, and it introduced me to peptides in general! These days I keep a reasonable stock of a few different ones, but BPC is one I'll always reorder a kit of since I never want to run out.

GHK-CU seems to have cured my golfer's elbow, in my view. I had months of sharp pain from it, yet after a month of ghk at 3.3mg per night it was gone. It might just be a coincidence that it lined up with natural healing, but I'm sure it wasn't placebo.

Believe it or not, I don't have any age spots. Loose skin is an issue for me, though — probably a result of losing 60lbs and not exercising. As you know, I've been lifting and doing sit ups and such. With luck it will tighten up somewhat and I'll put on some muscle. I hope the skin tightens too, since I bruise easily, likely because of the Metoprolol and Lisinopril.

But that can't be possible!!......So will you be handing over your gavel as the head of the 'Reta Only Club'?.... 👍 😎

Did TRT give you bad reflux?

Once I reached my goal weight — I was down 64lbs at that point — I started noticing wrinkles around my abdomen.

Over time they've become less noticeable, blending in more, and at this point they're nearly gone.

I'm also on Lisinopril, and I have a doctor's appointment planned to ask about tapering it down or stopping it now that the weight is off. Hydrochlorothiazide is another one I take, and I'd really like to drop it since it's a diuretic.

Since you lost the weight, have you had your BP checked?

Reta was my starting point, but the real eye-opener about what peptides can do came from running the Wolverine blend for tennis elbow. Last week I had my final therapy session. According to my therapist, I had a genuine diagnosis of tennis elbow in both elbows, and I recovered quicker than any patient he has treated. He had expected the healing process to take 1.5 years for full recovery. It ended up being 4–5 months of biweekly sessions, with the final month and a half reduced to 1 session per week. At the start of therapy, my plan was to try it for a month and then go straight to PRP injections. Since I was progressing well, I chose to keep going and stick with the Wolverine stack to see where it led. I've gone a bit crazy and am now stocking my freezer with peptides and blends I intend to use for the rest of my life. So far I've still only used Reta and Wolverine. I can't decide what to add first, since I could genuinely use all of them.
