For my diabetes, Ozempic has been the prescription for 7-8 years. 30 pounds came off initially, with no effort. Eventually eating like a diabetic slid completely out of control and back came the 30, plus another 10. Roughly a year ago the diet became serious, and low carbing it took 50 off in 6 months. Maintaining that now. All insulin was also stopped thanks to the diet change.
