Hello All,

I've spent the past few weeks reading quietly and taking in all the knowledge people have shared here. After I described my recent injuries to a friend - calcium deposits in both rotator cuffs, stiff and painful fingers when I wake up, plus some smaller knee and ankle problems from the past few years - he brought up peptides. His suggestion was to check out BPC-157 & TB-500, along with a couple of others whose names I can't recall.

I went with KLOW, figuring 1 dose would cover 4 key ingredients. I'm in week 2 of KLOW now. My dosing is 10units following a 3 ML recon of 80mg, and I'll raise it to 15u for weeks 3&4, then 22.5u w5-8, then lower to 15u through week 12, with 5 days on, 2 days off. Dosage per unit = 33.3 mcg each of TB-500, BPC-157, KPV + 166.7 mcg GHK-Cu (I found this on an online resource).

After finding out that the effective dosage for BPC and TB500 needs to be WAY higher, I'm putting together a new order. Has anyone here treated calcific tendonitis in their shoulders, and what dosage and protocol would lead to faster recovery? I'd like to run BPC and TB500 alongside KLOW and will change the dosage according to what people recommend. I'm also torn about local application (in the shoulder; subq vs intramuscular).

Glad to have you here! My own shoulder impingement has been helped by BPC over 4+ months to the point where it's nearly gone. So there's a decent chance your shoulder could improve too. That said, no two people respond the same way! When it comes to your tendonitis, GHK and TB500 might be more suitable options.
