Don't pause it — instead, begin injecting 1 day sooner each week, and sync that schedule to your departure date.

I'm following this discussion closely since I'm away on vacation right now. My injection day is Tuesday, so today would have been my dose, but I won't be back home until Friday. Over the next few days I'll keep track of my appetite and side effects, and I'll report back if anything stands out.

No problem at all — take it on Friday, then space the shots 6 days apart until you're back to Tuesdays. That's our approach for shorter getaways.
