From what you've personally gone through, which pep has left you dealing with lower back pains?

Any input would be helpful, thanks for taking the time to respond.

After more than 3 weeks of taking Bpc 10mg alongside TB500 10 mg, with 1 mg administered each day, I have noticed a certain amount of relief.

KPV is what I use to address inflamation

i broke L4 and L5, L4 slipped, 3 discs herniated at 9+mm, T12-L1 lost 60% of its disc thickness, and arthritis has taken over that whole region from age 18 onward (i'm 33 now). i've got several prescriptions for muscle relaxers, anti inflammatorys, and sedatives so i can sleep through a flare up. because of all that, i'd "throw my back out" roughly once every 6-8 weeks, and each time the muscle guarding and spams would leave me unable to function for at least 2 weeks.

just taking a low dose of tirz has genuinely changed my life. during the year i was on it, i never had an episode. i stopped for around 6 months and boom, every couple of weeks i was locked up, swallowing pills, and asking myself what went wrong. so i started again and guess what... 6 weeks in and no episode yet. other peptides can help with inflammation too; like CNCCurrency said, KPV is something i plan to test, then figure out whether i want to bulk buy a lifetime supply to pair with my tirz.

what's your goal here: healing an acute injury, or stopping an old one from flaring up?

This is a bit of a stretch and it isn't a peptide, but: PPS Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium, used for Arthritis. Originally it was a bladder drug (Elmiron), and now it's been turned into an injectable Arthritis treatment. A functional medicine Dr of mine prescribes it, sourced from a compounding pharmacy. Right now it's in stage III trials across a few countries under the name Zilosul, aimed mostly at knee/hip arthritis in the larger joints. Horses have been given it for years, and dogs for a couple years now. (My own dog gets it, through the Vet)

Over the last 1.5 years I've put a couple grand into it. It isn't a fast solution, but it's finally beginning to pay off for me. My Ankle and both knees are already replaced, and my targets are Hip, back, neck and a rebuilt ankle where arthritis has returned. The idea is to take it a few weeks a year, to halt cartilidge breakdown and even regrow it and heal bone lesions. Nsaids are off the table for me, so this is basically what I'm counting on. I''ve given the well-known peptides for Arthritis a shot, and for me their effect is very mild.

We share quite a bit in common. Every day I deal with 40-50 spasms in my back and neck, which means I rely on a lot of prescription medications for pain, spasms, and nueropathy. Nsaids are off the table for me, and I've received more than a 100 Cortisone shots plus Ablations galour. Both of my knees and an ankle have been replaced. My neck C2-C6 and back L3-L5 facets are a mess, and my left hip is loaded with OA.

It's good that Tirz worked for you. For my OA it did nothing, and at one point I was taking 7.5mg for weight loss. An immediate family member has seen a lot of benefit from it for their Rhuematoid Arthritis. I have over 20 years on you, and I hope you land on the combo that eases the pain.

As I mentioned in another post in this thread, there is PPS for Arthritis. Wishing you luck.

Man. Going off that headline, I figured some longtime forum veteran had come back in glory 😂
