Hey, quick intro from me — a guy in his mid 40s, based in Melbourne, Australia. My reta run kicked off 4 months back... overall I've dropped 12kg, and here's how the titration went......
Weeks 1-4: 2-4mg
Weeks 4-8: 4-6mg
Weeks 8-12: held at 6mg (by then 12kg was gone)
Then during weeks 12-16, honestly I can't tell whether my body had just adapted to the reta or whether the reta itself was total rubbish, but I went through (8mg...10mg and 12mg)
And zero appetite suppression at all......
So I've now made the call to come off for at least 1 month before running another cycle....
No idea if that's typical to be honest
Anyway, partway through my reta journey I fell down the rabbit hole
the way I guess all of us do....and here's what certain peptides did for me....
Gave klow a go (it was good — noticed skin and muscle repair)
Nad+ (nothing)
Motsc (nothing)
Tesamorelin (went through 3 different vials, absolutely nothing)
So my take is that right now in Australia it's really tough to trust the purity of vials purchased locally.
My last order cost me $1200 aud and I reckon every vial was either low quality or simply a bad batch, who knows....
But hey, on the bright side, after using reta, going from 90kg to 77.5kg has genuinely improved my life....I feel lighter on my feet....more energetic...and overall I'm just getting a much better quality of life...
So I'm definitely keen to keep going with my peptide journey, which is why I signed up here recently — I'd love to soak up a lot more knowledge about these life changing vials....
