Wanna introduce myself mid 40s male from Australia/Melbourne started my reta journey 4 months ago...lost 12kg all up but this is my titration breakdown......
Week 1-4 2-4mg
Week 4-8 4-6mg
Week 8-12 stayed on 6mg (lost 12kg at this point)
Then weeks 12-16 I don't actually know if my body got too used to the reta or if the reta quality was absolutely crap but I did (8mg...10mg and 12mg)
With no appetite suppression at all......
So now decided to jump off for minimum 1 month before I cycle again....
Don't know if this is normal really
Anyway halfway through my reta journey went down the rabbit hole
like we all do I suppose....and this is what I experienced with certain peptides....
Tried klow (was good noticed skin and muscle repair)
Nad+ (nothing)
Motsc (nothing)
Tesamorelin (tried 3 different vials definitely nothing)
So I think it is very hard in Australia at the moment to rely on purity of vials that are bought here.
Last batch I spent $1200 aud and I think that every vial was poor quality or just bad batch dunno....
But yeah on a positive note after using reta going from 90kg to 77.5kg has changed my life for the better....feel lighter on my feet....more energetic...and just experiencing a lot better quality of life...
So I definitely wanna continue my peptide journey and that's why I have recently joined here I would love to learn a lot more about these life changing vials....
