I'm dedicated to doing this for both my wellbeing and my loved ones. It's a massive mystery, so I'm nervous, but I'm counting on communities such as this one to have enough helpful folks around to steer beginners like myself in the right direction.

There's nothing to worry about — just look into your suppliers thoroughly, get familiar with proper dosing and protocols, and ease into it gradually.
