Hey everyone!

For roughly 14 years, my approach to losing fat and gaining muscle has been inconsistent. I could never keep my weight steady, and I used excuses like "I'm bulking" or "I'm cutting" to cover it up. The truth? When I commit, I'm all in, but once I hit the target, I genuinely enjoy eating haha.

In 2016 I got a testicular cancer diagnosis, and following surgery and so on, my body quit making testosterone on its own. I started TRT injections with Primoteston Depot (testosterone enantate), which worked well for a time, but it killed my "I'll never touch steroids because I don't want needles" stance. It became simple enough to just tack onto the weekly pins.

10 years later, I'm using gel now, but I've dabbled with Ozempic, Mounjaro and stuff like clen, though never in a structured way. I get bloods done regularly and stay in touch with my doctor about everything I take, and I've had results until I return to BAU without support.

Over the past 2 years, I've really focused on tracking macros and letting myself have what I want while keeping a 90% nutritious mindset. This has worked incredibly well, and I've gone from 128kg down to holding steady for the last 5 months at ~105kg and ~15% BF based on an Evolt360 scan.

I joined GLP1Chat because I've been searching and reading up on Reta, Tesamorelin, BPC-157 and TB-500... and of course everything else too. I'm here to learn from others' experiences and then make informed decisions for myself going forward to get shredded and finally see my abs for the first time in my life!

Looking forward to meeting and talking with you all

Glad to have you on the forum. From what you've said, you bring plenty of valuable experience to the table. You'll find a huge amount of knowledge here to learn from. Have a good one!

Tesamorelin has caught my attention too... However, regarding BPC and TB, a friend of mine is using them and she's really impressed—her shoulder problems had been preventing her from certain weight training, and now she says she's lifting more than she had been able to in ages! She's been taking both for roughly 6 weeks.

A few years back, I used BPC and TB500 for my knee, and the outcomes were fantastic!

Which area of the leg or knee showed the clearest changes?

I can also stay disciplined and keep my body in check. Having Tirzepatide assist me in maintaining focus for the long term has been genuinely great. Glad to have you here on the forum!

Nice to spot a fellow Aussie in this space.

Reta has worked really well for me. I've been running 1.5mg/week for 8 weeks now. My weight went from 102kgs down to 90kgs.

About 4 weeks back I brought MOTS-C and CJC/IPA into the stack. Both have been great so far.

I'm thinking about adding Tesa to go after more visceral fat, but I'm still early in looking into how these peptides interact with each other, plus what a proper dosing protocol would look like for my particular situation.

At that point I was injecting directly into my knee (no idea if that's advised, haha) - there was a tear in the fat pad or something similar. I was doing leg presses again in roughly 4 weeks.

Only 4 weeks? That's wild. My knee has a lot of cartilage gone. I'm really hoping this does something for it.

Once those 4 weeks were up, did you keep pinning? And if you eventually quit, did the pain return?
