G'day, one more Australian here who's been testing what peptides can do.
My Reta journey kicked off on 22 Jan 26. Dose was 0.5mg, taken once every 5 days, and I bump it up on every 4th dose. Right now I'm on the 3rd dose sitting at 1.0mg.
Where I started:
Male, 48 yrs old
SW: 119Kg
CW: 104Kg (Day 29) I'm a FIFO worker so stepping on a scale isn't happening at the moment lol.
GW: 80Kg or 12% BF, roughly 4-8 months out. The second 4 month cycle gets devoted to maintenance plus lean functional muscle.
Food-wise it's protein, good fats, and carbs only if there's room left, all while staying in a calorie deficit.
Training has stayed basic, mostly walking
atleast 10k steps, and at the start I limited resistance work to Dan John's Amour Building Formula Kettlebell workout. Since fitness and recovery have come up, though, 2 full body strength sessions are now in the mix.
What I use to track:
A site to monitoring against trials data
Peptide tracker - simple dose management
MyNetDiary - calorie tracking
Measure up - body measurement tracker
Strong - workout tracking.
Over the last week MOTS-C (2.0mg) and SLUPP-332 (200mcg) have gone in every other day.
Before long I'll bring in some GHK-Cu and in all likelihood Tesamorelin/ Ipamorelin to tighten the midsection further, well into my second 4 month cycle. Starting any Test ect isn't something I care to do since adding muscle was never my problem.
I don't care for comments "that's too fast " etc. Years of powerlifting, bodybuilding and fasting taught me how my body responds before life and work pushed things the wrong way, as happens sometimes.
Energy is good, no sides, and I'm just enjoying trying different peptides to get as much out of life with my kids as I can.
Reta's dampening effect on the reward pathways for food and drinks has been a pleasure. Even my futures and options trading discipline is on point.
A full blood panel is coming in a few weeks, but I can guarantee my serum uric acid levels will be way down, which is an often not talked about benefit of the trials. Not that I needed it, my GP kept pushing Allopurinol on me even though diet always handled Gout through the 2-3 attacks a year I used to get. Long term I'd rather run a maintenance dose of Reta for the health and longevity benefits anyway.
That's it in a nutshell
