Atl, GA — hello from here.

Fitness and the whole business of optimizing the human condition have always been interests. My health started being taken seriously in my early twenties, and pretty lean has been the state since. Several periods of my life have been pretty shredded. Right now the number sits around 178 lbs (height 5'10) — roughly 15-20 lbs above the level I usually hold at my best. Losing weight while keeping muscle has gotten difficult across the past 6 months, and pushing 40 years old is what I blame ☺️.

PCP was visited just recently to get basic labs including test results before starting. Word from him was that a GLP would not be prescribed — sitting on the cusp of obesity without officially being obese on BMI apparently doesn't qualify. His advice was to accept the new look/weight that comes with aging. Jerk.

That's what has peptides looking interesting. Either tirz or reta is under consideration. Reading and lurking have been happening for a bit, and placing an order is starting to feel like a real possibility.

Lastly, being an RN means med calcs and dosing are second nature. Questions are welcome from anyone — glad to help however I can.

Appreciate the welcome.
