Truly, it has. My entire world is different now. I feel like I've shed 20 years, and I'm not done yet. My goal is a BMI of 20. Right now I'm sitting at 24!
My start was Feb of 2025. Come Aug, I had reached 200. I paused from roughly Thanksgiving until February — a plateau had set in. Once I resumed, the weight began dropping again right away. All told, it's been a bit more than 1 years, with around 3 mos or so of that spent on a break. For me, Cag has changed everything; it genuinely supports the Tirz. I appreciate the kind words, everyone. Most of my life I've carried extra weight, so this truly is life altering. Not long ago, at a gas station, a woman described me as tiny. Never in my whole life had I been called anything close to small. I nearly wept from happiness.
