A new batch of klow80 arrived today, and visually some of the vials look wet — darker colour, wet splotches up the walls. The vendor insists it isn't liquid, just material splattered onto the vial wall while bottling, and that usage is unaffected. I know how typical dried splotches behave, and this reads WET to me. Who's right, and is it safe to use?
