Are there any issues transitioning from Semaglutide to Tirzepatide?

My wife has been on Semaglutide low dose for about 3 months and we want to transition her to Tirzepatide so that we are both on the same thing. Are there any issues transitioning from one to the other?

Should be fairly easy/straight forward.

I wanna do the same eventually, should I wait 1 week or 2 to 4 weeks before taking my first Tirz shot??

Just stick to the normal rhythm.

I personally switched from 1mg semaglutide to 5mg tirzepatide (splitted to 2x/week) . The effect was about the same (= too little). With 7.5 the first sufficient effect came.

So you waited just 1 week before switching to Tirz.

I think I'm gonna do the same, but I wont switch to Tirz until I've hit a 4-week plateau on Sema

In my case actually just half a week, as I was splitting before and after.

I have heard people claim you should wait some weeks, but it doesn't seem logic to me and I haven't heard a reasoning for this claim.

I´m quitted sema after 4 months, 6 weeks on 1mg, felt miserable, go to mounjaro 3 weeks on 2.5 then 4 weeks at 3.75 (yes I´m coward) next step I don´t know if 5mg or more, I´m loosing more than wegovy
