ARA 290 for nerve pain — any experiences?

Has anyone here used ARA 290 for sciatica or diabetic neuropathy? I'm after anecdotal reports. Did it help, and if so, how long before symptoms started to improve?

Would you recommend any other peptides?

I've read that it helps, but I'm curious whether it can do anything for particular kinds of nerve pain, such as nerve entrapment.
 
People who use ARA frequently also overlap with the KPV/KLOW group, which is larger. However, among these, only ARA has been studied in clinical trials (small phase 2 trials using 4 mg for four weeks), whereas for KPV or any other component of KLOW, you have to guess the dosing schedule.

When it comes to diabetic neuropathy, keeping A1C under control with GLPs matters most over the long term, more than taking ARA or anything else, even though ARA does bring A1C down somewhat.
